Standard means Curbside Drop Off where driver will conveniently park the truck to closest point to your destination. The closest point depends on the size of the truck and restriction imposed by city by-laws.

Return if product Is damaged:
We insure all shipments. Transports will accept claims if the freight is miss-handled by the transport driver. But we need to show them proof that the products arrived damaged so for this reason please follow bellow procedures.
1: Always inspect your item on arrival. If any damages found to the box first take photo of the box and then open the product. if product is damaged take photo of the damage and have the delivery man initial the damage
2: Never return an item without our RA # (return authorization number). Any product returned without an RA, will not qualify for any compensation.
3: To obtain RA, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
4: Take photos, and have driver initial damaged notes on delivery bill.
3: We will remedy the situation either by replacing parts or replacing the product free of charge to you. If a part replacement can fix the issue we will send you the part, if not we will ship you the entire item again.
4: Do not discard the box or the damaged item till you get clearance from us by writing. Some suppliers will need either the part of the entire product back before they authorize any replacement. Also usually on box there are labels with coding that associate with that item and supplier might need those. So keep the box and the item until its finalized.
- Items returned must be in original box, unused, and packed in same way it was received.
- All credits or charges will be finalized once item is returned and you get a received notice by email.
Returns if item is Not damaged:
If you chose to return an item or items for any reason rather then it was damaged, you must follow these rules:
1: Never return an item without our RA # (return authorization number). Any product returned without an RA, will not qualify for any compensation.
2: To obtain RA, email us at email@example.com
3: You will be responsible for 50% Restocking fee plus freight both ways plus taxes.
4: Product must be in ordinal box and packed as it was originally received from supplier.
5: Once the product is received, we will inspect it and if all is good, we will deduct 50% of the price for restocking fee, plus both way freight and taxes. The balance of your payment will be returned to you in same way as you paid. If the item was not in original condition as was delivered we will send you photos and withhold up to total of the cost for compensation.

2: You agree that All freight and taxes of original shipment and the exchanged shipment will be paid by you (customer).
3: If any re-stocking fee charged from supplier that charge will be passed on to you. We will inform you of any charges after you attempt to obtain RA, number (return authorization number), before you return the item. This way you can make decision whether you like to return or keep the item.
